4189 & 4190 Flush Handle Sets for MS®1848 Deadlock

Both lockset handles are operated from inside by a simple up or down movement of a slide button, set flush in the recessed finger pull. With no handles projecting doors are able to be stacked flush. The lock mechanism to match is the field proven MS®1848 Deadlock featuring the adjustable self protecting bolt (order separately).

• Overall Handle Size: 223mm (8.78”) x 31.2mm (1.23”)
• Backset: Variable; minimum 15.9mm (0.625”), maximum 32.5mm (1.28”).
  (Measurement is taken from face of lock to escutcheon and cylinder centre line.)
• Stile Thickness: 25.4mm (1”) to 34.9mm (1 3⁄8”) standard.
  Available on special order for stiles 34.9mm (1 3⁄8”) thick or greater.
• Stile Depth: Minimum clear depth is backset plus 14.3mm (9⁄16”)
• Material: Zinc alloy finished in Ritecoat 119 (Black), 121 (Bronze) or 130 (Silver)
• Internal Operation: Via vertical slide button.
• External Operation: 4190 model - 5 pin 8346 Cylinder
  4189 model - no external operation.
