8360 & 8460/8461 Ramp Jaw Strikes

 

Designed to work in conjunction with the 900 Series Mortice Exit Devices and the 4700 Series Deadlatches. Offers a range of flat lip extensions to cater for a variety of jamb widths, also radius and thermally broken sections. The 8460 is suitable for use in aluminium doors with the 940 Series Exit Device and the 4710/4750 Series deadlatches. The 8360 is suitable for use in timber doors with the 930 Series Exit Devices and the 4720 Series deadlatches.
NOTE: The 8460-07-630 Strike cannot be used with the 930 or 940 Series Exit Devices.

  • Strike Plate: Stainless steel.
  • Mounting Box (8460 only): Non-ferrous casting.
  • Finish: Brushed stainless steel.

To conform with BS EN 1125: 1997+A1:2001:
the 8460 strikes must be used with the 940 Series Exit Device (flat version included as standard with product)

To conform with BS EN 179: 1998+A1:2001:
the 8460 strike must be used with the:
4710 Heavy Duty Deadlatch and 4591 Push Paddle Handle
4750 Heavy Duty Deadlatch and 4596 Push Paddle Handle 

To conform with BS EN 179: 1998+A1:2001:
the 8360 strike must be used with the:
4720ANSI Deadlatch and 4591 Push Paddle Handle
