Adams Rite joins forces with Aldridge Security at major security event

Leading security solutions provider, Adams Rite, is to join forces with one of its major distributors, Aldridge Security, at the MLA (Master Locksmiths Association) Expo 2008 to be held at the International Centre in Telford from 30th May to 1st June.

The Aldridge Security stand (number 200) will see Adams Rite showcase a range of its market-leading security products to buyers and specifiers from across the UK.

Making its UK show debut will be the 7400 electric strike which has been acclaimed in the US and allows remote electrical control of any door equipped with Adams Rite deadlatches or key-in-lever/cylindrical sets. This non-handed strike boasts an ultra-compact design and an adjustable stainless steel split jaw with more than 2400 lbs of holding force. The strike also releases electrically when door preload reaches 35lbs.

Also on show will be the new Deadlatch, developed to meet the exacting requirements of BS EN 12209.  Designed specifically for panic and emergency exit applications, it has Euro profile cylinder operation, separate spindle drive and an easily reversible two-part latchbolt.

Visitors can also view the latest security deadlocks, which have achieved EN12209 Grade 6.
