Adams Rite puts Innovation into practice

Adams Rite, the leading security solutions provider, is putting creativity into practice with a series of innovation workshops.

Designed to take staff through the idea generation process, the workshops are part of the product development initiative at the company and within ASSA ABLOY.  ASSA ABLOY, Adams Rite’s parent company trained representatives from all its Group companies to run the workshops on a regular basis. 

Tina Ainsworth, Marketing Manager for Adams Rite has been taking the sessions: “Within Adams Rite and ASSA ABLOY, a key focus is innovation.  We pride ourselves on our product development and continuous strive for improvements.  As such, we feel it is very important to get the whole team involved in thinking creatively.  These workshops have been very successful and some really strong ideas have come from them.  It is great that the team has an open forum to express its opinions and make a tangible contribution to the success and future development of the company.”
